  • Annual Business meeting with budget adoption for new year.

Registration is closed
Annual Meeting.  This will be a pot luck where the club will provide the main course (ham) as well as drinks.  There will be a silent auction of train related items which club members and non club members wish to sell.  For items sold by club members, the seller will receive 90% of the sale price and the club will keep 10% of the sale price.  For items sold by non club members, the seller will receive 85% of the sale price and the club will keep 15% of the sale price.  Those wishing to sell an item or items in the auction should bring the item(s) at 09:30.


Note:  We need about 10 additional tables for the auction.  Anyone having portable tables that can be used in the auction are asked to bring those tables for the 09:00 to 09:30 setup so that we can have the tables set up BEFORE people start showing up at 09:30 with items for sale in the auction.

In addition to the silent auction, a LIVE auction of engines and selected rolling stock will also be held following the business meeting.
