Masks to be worn if required by Multnomah County at time of event as there are chokepoints on the floor that do not allow adequate social distancing.
Parking in back is OK and carts will be available for moving rolling stock in and out. Please unload carts promptly as there is a limited supply. Setting up and tearing down trains is to be done clear of Main Tracks
Dispatching shall be done with semaphore signals protecting OSMI JCT. to WEST SALEM JCT., do not pass signal set at stop. Proceed only on Signal Indication.
J. M. Zweerts and/or deputy will be Dispatching the Single-Track section between OMSI JCT./West Albina and West Salem JCT. All other areas will be headlight and Smoke Order rules: Do not run into each other. Keep to the righthand track when leaving the single track section.
Westbound Trains have superior rights over Eastbound Trains. When coming off single track keep to the righthand track when entering double track to avoid head on collisions.
Live Steam engines will be encouraged to run Westbound as that is the superior direction per timetable rules and will tend to lose less steam waiting on other trains. Slow trains will be encouraged to use Secondary Mains marked in Yellow on map to allow faster trains to pass.
Neighborhood eateries seem to be closed. Everyone is on their own for lunch. Bring water.
